MUTATION SERIES BY MAARTEN DE CEULAER

Belgian designer Maarten De Ceulaer has designed a perfectly named line of seating entitled Mutation Series. The bubbly-looking pieces are meant to resemble a cellular mutation or even a nuclear reaction, a virus, or something that has grown abnormally freakish. The project can also be seen as a new way to upholster classic pieces but in a sculptural way. Covered in a durable velvet-like finish, each piece is completely unique and nearly impossible to replicate.

The Mutation Series is being presented at Salone Del Mobile 2012 in Milan.

What’s Keeping You From Your Goal?

Ask yourself, ” Why haven’t I reached my goal already?” What are the barriers, obstacles, and road blocks in your way?

It may be a financial problem or a relational problem or an educational problem holding you back. For some people, it’s an emotional barrier. A lot of people sabotage their own success because they think they aren’t worthy of it. Whatever you barriers is, you need to identify it before you can move forward.

In Genesis 24, Eliezer had a number of barriers to his goal of finding a wife for Isaac. He had to figure out how to get to a country he’d never been to, then he had to find the right woman he’d never met. And then he had to convince her to go back with him to a country she’d never been to and marra complete stranger. Oh, and he had to convince her parents to let her go! Most people would call that “mission impossible”.

What your goals are? What are your barriers? You can’t remove an obstacle until you first identify what it is.

How’s your 2012 so far?? For me it’s just so good!! Signed a French management company Dual Compass at the beginning of this year and we are working very well~! 

I finished a photo shooting for my new image, everything went so well, the pictures came out and they are extremely awesome, I need to thanks my photographer Tch Tang, styling Dawn Chan, costume sponsored by Amenpapa and I LOVE it!! We love Jesus!!

I also have a new direction of music style, wanna thank u to my new management, they helped me a lot!! Soon I’ll be a residency DJ for W Hotel Hong Kong starts from March, I’m very excited!! Loved this hotel coz its hip, their team are professional and the bar is amazing! Tried some of their special cocktails ( champagne brut + fresh peach/ lychee bubble with lychee caviars ) last weekend, I was like, crazy… wooo how blessed I am?? Catch me at W Hotel 6/F Living room on every Friday 11pm-1am, so u can enjoy my new music =)

Also I’m gonna be a brand ambassador for ELEQT representing MUSIC, hopefully I can help on getting Hong Kong the vibrant music scene and community it deserves, please support me!!
